our environmental services

Mold Inspections, Testing & Clearance

Asbestos Inspections, Testing, Protocols and Clearance

Asbestos Inspections, Testing, Protocols and Clearance

We provide comprehensive mold inspections and air/surface sampling to determine the presence, type, and extent of mold contamination. Our testing is often performed in response to water damage, insurance claims, or tenant concerns—and is backed by clear reporting and lab analysis. After remediation, we offer third-party clearance testing to verify that mold has been successfully removed and conditions meet industry standards. All reports include pass/fail results and are suitable for insurance or regulatory documentation.

Asbestos Inspections, Testing, Protocols and Clearance

Asbestos Inspections, Testing, Protocols and Clearance

Asbestos Inspections, Testing, Protocols and Clearance

We perform asbestos inspections to identify hazardous materials before renovation, demolition, or repair work begins. Our team collects bulk samples from suspect materials and submits them to an accredited laboratory following AHERA and NIOSH protocols. When asbestos is found, we also provide custom abatement protocols that outline proper removal procedures in compliance with state and federal regulations.

After abatement, we conduct clearance testing—using PCM or TEM analysis as required—to confirm the area is safe for re-occupancy and that air quality meets regulatory standards.

Lead Inspections, Testing and Clearance

Asbestos Inspections, Testing, Protocols and Clearance

Lead Inspections, Testing and Clearance

Our lead-based paint testing services help identify potential hazards in residential and commercial properties—especially those built before 1978. We offer paint chip, dust wipe, and XRF testing to meet HUD and EPA requirements. After lead paint stabilization or removal, clearance testing confirms the space is safe and compliant. This service is especially critical for multi-family units, rentals, and child-occupied spaces.

Soot & Smoke Residue Testing

Soot & Smoke Residue Testing

Lead Inspections, Testing and Clearance

Following a fire, smoke damage can leave behind invisible but harmful residues. We perform soot testing to determine the presence and extent of particulate contamination on surfaces and in the air. Our testing is often used to support insurance claims, guide cleaning efforts, and verify whether areas have been impacted by smoke exposure—even in spaces without visible damage.

We provide detailed lab reports with sample results and professional recommendations to help you move forward with clarity and confidence.

Bacteria Testing

Soot & Smoke Residue Testing

Silica Dust Testing

When water damage involves sewage backups or floodwater (commonly referred to as "Category 3" or "black water"), bacterial contamination is a serious concern. We conduct surface and/or water sampling to assess for the presence of coliform bacteria, E. coli, and other potentially harmful pathogens. These tests help determine whether affected areas are safe—or if further cleaning and disinfection are needed. Our testing is ideal for insurance documentation, remediation guidance, and peace of mind following unsanitary water events.

Silica Dust Testing

Soot & Smoke Residue Testing

Silica Dust Testing

Construction, renovation, and demolition activities can release respirable crystalline silica from materials like concrete, drywall, brick, and stone. Prolonged exposure is a known health hazard and subject to OSHA regulation. We offer silica dust sampling to evaluate airborne exposure levels and help ensure worksite safety and compliance. Our reports include lab-verified results and recommendations for corrective action if levels exceed permissible exposure limits.
